The Department of Philosophy educates its students to think analytically through asking questions and making distinctions. The Department hosts an internationally recognized faculty grounded in the analytic approach to philosophy. Faculty members contribute to the analytic vision and publish in leading journals. The curriculum is geared toward the study of philosophy through acquaintance with sub-disciplines and the works of important thinkers, and also through interdisciplinary investigation.
