ESRA 1 year Filmmaking Program New York City

ESRA New York is a unique training program for international students with a background in audiovisual, fi lm, or media, offering a rare opportunity to study within Stonestreet Studios, a prestigious acting studio affiliated with NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts.

This immersive environment places students at the crossroads of acting and directing, allowing them to learn American film production techniques alongside working actors and experience real-world industry dynamics from the inside.

A program director supports students throughout the year, academically and professionally, while also assisting with internship placement. The program, titled Film Direction and Directing Actors (FDDA), includes specialized modules in Cinema and Sound, and provides valuable industry exposure that can expand career opportunities in the U.S. and abroad.
